PICO Leaders is a selective, two-year excellence program and the direct pathway into our international PICO Ambassadors program. Through hands-on innovation, problem-solving, public speaking, real-world projects, and global thinking, participants build the creativity, teamwork, and leadership skills of true changemakers. In their second year, they have the opportunity to join an international delegation.
