Since 2018, PICO Kids has developed a unique model of international youth leadership delegations that combines innovation, sustainability, teamwork, and youth diplomacy.
The PICO Ambassadors program is built on an educational approach that sees international collaboration and shared experiences as powerful tools for developing young leaders with personal confidence, social responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing interconnected world.
PICO Ambassadors operates in partnership with leading schools, organizations, and communities across Hong Kong, China, India, Tanzania, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.
Each delegation creates opportunities for youth to collaborate across cultures while addressing real-world global challenges together.
